Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally attentive and made our experience truly memorable. Enjoyed the lovely tagines and relaxing atmosphere.

great amenities but some food issues

The pool area was exceptional with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. I loved the entertainment team, they were engaging and provided a variety of activities every day! The cleanliness was top-notch, as our Quadruple Room was cleaned daily and maintained beautifully. I found the diverse buffet had good standard options, featuring several Moroccan dishes that I truly enjoyed.

The property features stunning separate ryads and beautiful, clean rooms. We enjoyed the variety of food, catering to all tastes. The spa experience was exceptional, helping us unwind completely. Daily cleanings and special touches like petals on the bed added charm. we had a fantastic stay! 🌸

The entertainment team was engaging, hosting fun activities by the pool, but with the evening shows mostly in French, it might limit some enjoyment for non-French speakers. The pool area was nice, although the water was quite chilly and the poolside toilets were inadequate, lacking proper lighting.

The separate ryads are absolutely stunning, making you feel like you’ve stepped into a fairytale. Our room was gorgeous, cleaned daily, and had delightful touches like flower petals on the bed. The food was a feast with a massive variety, and I highly recommend the spa for a truly relaxing experience!

Had a lovely experience with the spacious, clean triple room and a great variety of food options. Even enjoyed the fun salsa dance and night entertainment! Just be prepared that the pool might be chilly.

The food was plentiful and varied, featuring delicious tagines and refreshing cocktails. The room was spacious and well-kept, complemented by a lovely view from the balcony. The pool area was beautifully maintained, providing ample sunbeds for relaxation. Transportation to Marrakech was efficiently organized, making it easy to explore the city.

The entertainment could use improvement, as the DJ didn’t match the crowd's energy.

The spa offers great package options that add good value for those looking to unwind. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers, albeit basic, where one can lounge under the Moroccan sun with a view of lush gardens.

A lot of the facilities show signs of age. the fitness center barely qualifies as such with only a few mismatched pieces of equipment. Food lacks variety and tends to be repetitive, with certain meals appearing like they've been reheated several times, while the condition of dining utensils often includes chipped glassware. Instead of true all-inclusive service, bar snacks are unavailable outside of meal times, which may leave you hunting for something to munch on. the lack of proper meal service and strict closing times at the restaurant can cause some inconvenience for late diners.
